Hi Linda, We are interested in appliying for a mortgage. Just started a career two years ago. So my question is how many years of work do you need to prove your income? Thanks David

Hi David, Usually as long as you've been on your job for one full year, you're good to go for applying for a mortgage.  If you're self-employed, usually 3 years are needed.  I can meet with you this week if you'd like to do an application.  Just email me at ... [ more ]
